The new dynamics of sustainable mobility, aimed at reducing emissions, also have implications that go beyond environmental awareness itself derived from the new dynamics of consumption, health and forms of work and, of course, the economic viability.
That is why the NUUK team, made up of people with extensive experience in the automotive world and in industrial development, is a specialist in the design and development of tailored light electric mobility solutions.
It is a system designed for sustainable urban transport, based on an innovative and versatile loading concept. Each set houses different functionalities according to its characteristics: Sidecab for passenger transport, Sidecargo for cargo transport and Sidecarga, a light electric vehicle aimed at special applications.
The Sidecar by NUUK system is especially aimed at public institutions, large production complexes, professional services or last-mile services, as well as for other applications such as mobility management in tourist environments or the transport of goods in limited areas, among others.
In these three versions of electric motorcycle with sidecar, a Rieju NUUK Cargo motorcycle is incorporated in all of them, becoming a category L4e vehicle limited to 40 km/h and with a range in real use of about 90 kilometers.
These light electric vehicles can be driven with a type B driving license and can be circulated in the bus lane in general. At the same time, the electric motorcycle with Sidecar is exempt from SER / OTA / ESRO / OCA. In addition, being its compact shape without ceasing to be spacious and with great transport capacity, it is parkable transversally in the parking spaces, making it possible to park two Sidecar per traditional vehicle seat.
The three versions of the Sidecar by NUUK Project are the essence of environmentally friendly transport and a model of sustainable mobility in urban environments. These light vehicles are emission-free, generate zero CO2 and do not cause noise pollution.
In the Sidecab version, designed for the transport of people, a comfortable and innovative travel experience is achieved given its singularity of use and its 360º panoramic visibility for its occupants. It has ample space and capacity for two passengers with luggage in the cabin, in addition to the motorcycle driver’s position. We are talking about a versatile platform that adapts to the needs of tourist use and commuter transport with a version with a version without side glazing and another with glazing for adverse weather situations. It also incorporates USB and bluetooth sound connection. It is an ideal vehicle for its advertising exploitation.
The Sidecargo version allows loading and unloading at night and is specially designed as a last-mile vehicle, with a maximum load capacity of around 200kg and a volume of 1.5 m3. Where appropriate, the interior could be adapted at the request of the client, just as it is possible to customize the exterior image to use it as an advertising medium.
Finally, the Sidecarga versión is a versatile platform that can be adapted to different uses depending on the specific needs to be covered. It is especially suitable for carrying out urban maintenance tasks, and becomes an ideal platform as an adaptable vehicle through the development of a specific project. Apart from the adaptations for cleaning, gardening, etc… It is a perfect vehicle for roadside assistance and/or delivery of two-wheelers or small vehicles.
